Requesting a quote is very easy. You go to showalohaproductions.com/contact-us/
and follow the steps and answer the questions about your event. Once our customer
service team receive the information requested, they will get in contact with you.

All reservations require a valid credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a non-
refundable deposit.

To confirm your order, you must submit a signed rental agreement and the deposit fee.
All items will be reserve only upon receiving the requested deposit fee (unless a credit
account has been established with Show Aloha Productions).

Quotes DO NOT reserve or guarantee availability of items. Quote prices are based on
current availability of inventory and are subject to change.
Items will be reserved only upon receiving the signed rental agreement and the security
deposit fee.

We suggest the sooner you reserve them, the better! That way you have better chances
to secure them for your event date.
Remember that all items are reserved on a first come, first served basis, make sure
once you approve a quote, you submit a confirmation deposit on your order and the
signed rental agreement to ensure your reservation.

Tents and inflatables prices include set up and breakdown. Other items not requiring
special tools or skills to set up has additional cost associated (ex. tables and chairs).
Please contact our customer service team to request additional service options.

Yes, our delivery fee is based on event’s location and time. Additional fees may apply
dependent on the are of delivery and set up. Please provide as many details as possible
so our team can prepare for your delivery with the correct equipment.

The customer or a representative should be present at the event location to count all
items upon delivery and pick up and to confirm the set up area.
If you or a representative will not be available, please inform our team in advance.

Rates are for time out, not for items used. No refund will be issued for unused items.
When a rental is confirmed, we immediately remove the items form the available
inventory, so they are unable to be rented for other events.

We do set up at parks, but most parks DO NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at
a park, you must rent a generator (we have generators for rent).
Remember, parks usually require permits and some are first come, first serve so get
your spot early in the day.
